"I have been a ClickInks customer for years. However, ClickInks customer service has in my experience reached a new low. On April 7, I submitted a "reorder" for a laser toner cartridge that I have ordered on a few occasions before, and Was told the order would be shipped and arrive within 2 business days. My credit card was charged immediately.
After a few days of no arrival and no notification of shipment, I went online to check the status. There was no tracking number, and no indication of shipment, so I called them. Their customer service agent was a young man named "Andy" located in Romania, Europe.
Only then was I told that they were out of the product that I had ordered, and that it had been back-ordered. They said that the product was due to arrive at their location the next day, and would be shipped then. However, in spite of their total lack of communication and service, they were not at all interested in giving me any kind of expedited service. The "new" shipment would arrive in 2-3 more business days.
Four days later, still no cartridge had arrived. The website had a tracking number listed for the shipment, but when I did a tracking request for that tracking number (both DHL and USPS), both sites said that the tracking number did not exist.
I tried calling ClickInks, was placed into a call waiting cue, and after 14 minutes with nobody picking up my call waiting call, I gave up, hung up, called my credit card company, and asked them to cancel the charge, which they did.
Three days later, I still have not received anything; no product, no email, no call, nothing. As I stated in my title for this comment, at ClickInks, "Customer Service has left the building !"
I was able to purchase the same exact product through Amazon.com and pay just slightly more than half the price, with free 2-day shipping. I seriously doubt that ClickInks will post this comment, but at least they may read it and perhaps realize that their lousy service has cost them a fairly long term customer."

"The order arrived in good time and I installed 3 cartridges that worked,, but when I got to the yellow ink my Epson rejected it. I called--had a long wait--but a young man offered to send directions to re-direct my computer to "talk" to the printer. I have not yet had time to try this remedy, but I hope it works because it is a lot of trouble to try to call back. I am glad he had my order number because I could find it at the time. (I have now found it) The yellow cartridges seem to be of a different make from the others.
Also I had expected to receive Epson inks as "replacements.""
