"They kept my money and I have yet to receive a re-manufactured cartridge that works.I ordered 3 BW inkjet cartridges and 6 color cartridges for my HP Officejet Pro 8630 for $100 plus shipping.
When they arrived, I stored them for approximately 70 days until I needed them. When I went to use them they did not work. I was told that the black cartridge needed to be replaced and they would not refund my money since more than 60 days had passed. I paid $10 or so to return the clack cartridges.
When the new ones arrived a couple weeks later, they also did not work. Nor did the color cartridges work with original authentic HP black cartridges. They said they would give me store credit for the full amount though. So, I sent all of the cartridges back.
4 weeks and two phone calls later, I finally got them to post the store credit to my account. However, they charged me "restocking fees". So, now I am into this for about $120, I have no working cartridges, and I have a $71 "store credit".
So, even if I end up with cartridges that actually work (which I am not optimistic about), I would have been money ahead (and not have wastes so much time) had I just gone to Office Depot in the first place.This is a scam company that makes their money by delivering junk, wearing the customer down, and keeping the money."
"Ordered new refills for my printer. New that they were refills and can deal with that, but one of them was not an OEM, and now I have to deal with the printer sending error messages all the time. So far the ink cartridges are doing OK, so we will see how it plays out."
