" The experience I received was not good customer service. I had to originally reach out to ask about my eye wear and was told it fell through the cracks and that it would be expedited. Then I get a call from a rep that said sorry and apologized for the inconvenience and said will get right on it and call the manufacturer over night and send priority. This has been more then 3 days and counting Monday was a holiday and still yet have not received it. This was no wrong on our part as we paid. We shouldn't have to be promised one thing and get another. If I had never originally email asking about my status who knows if I would have gotten them this year. They then said I can return the glasses that were apparently already been mailed but would have to pay for shipping. They also promised a lease cleaner set for the inconvenience but that was a lie. This company is nothing but lies "
"Beware! I ordered and paid for Varilux Comfort lens with Crizal coating from Clickshades.com aka Eyedocshoppe.com and, according to my local optician, they weren't ground correctly and I got cheaper lens with some other coating.
When I confronted Clickshades/Eyedocshoppe.com they said they'd replace the lens with a better grade of Varilux with Crizal coating.
Several weeks later they changed their mind, and said, because of the high cost, they had decided to refund my money. Lisa also said she'd send me the frames I purchased as compensation for all the trouble they caused, but of course that never happened.
I'm pretty sure that I'm not the first person they've cheated. My guess is that they substitute cheaper materials on a regular basis because people don't know to have their glasses checked to see if they got what they paid for. I filed a complaint with the California Board of Optometry so we'll see if anything happens.
Please note that Clickshades and I have since resolved our differences.

I've called multiple times, sent email to obtain my RMA and unable to get a return call or email. Site does not provide you with this information and I'm running into my 14 day return limit. "What a bummer. My dog chewed up the coolest pair of glasses on earth. Went to replace them but learned those frames had been discontinued. Searched Internet and overjoyed to find them with this company. I ordered two frames cause like I said they are cool. Not a peep from the company for weeks. I really need my glasses and the chewed up pair were looking pretty tacky to keep wearing to work. Sent a couple of emails inquiring about the purchase. Finally three weeks in an email notifying me my order was being processed. Yippee! Three weeks later the box arrived, invoice marked for two frame. Alas, only one inside. I called the company two times. No human contact, order number did not match anything in their data base for multiple online inquiries, no response yet to email to company. Very frustrated. Third graders could run a better company than this. "

"Horrible customer service. Ordered glasses on 9/29/15, received them on 11/23/15. Never once received an email or call from this company after placing an $800 plus order. Never received initial email that order was placed, just an email from their credit card servicing company. Waited 3 1/2 weeks then called them, and was told the company supplying the frames was closed for two weeks. Said they sent an email but no way - they had the same mail address that the credit card service had - and I got their! Was told it would be two weeks. OK, frames from England, some companies shut everything down at the same time and all are on vacation. Waited two weeks, nothing, called...frames received by them and went to lab for lenses, couple more days. Hear nothing, receive nothing, called again. Still not back from lab, they have no tracking so not sure when but should be on the way and I will get an email and tracking info in a few days. Nothing, called again, hung up on. Called back, told the girl I spoke with left to go to the lab and pick them up...huh???? They would go out that day, Thursday, and when label made system would automatically send email with tracking info. Nothing that night, or Friday or Saturday. Called my credit card company Saturday and notified of fraud sale, that had already been charged 3 weeks prior = got that email from the servicer. Left message for them that i was notifying card company if no email received Monday, but Monday I get delivery ticket from USPS that they have arrived. Glasses are very nice, no complaints about them. Frames are marked and are legit, lenses, no way to check that I def got what I ordered, but seem to be. Price, little bit lower than other sites which had bad reviews of damaged glasses received. This company appears to be part of a larger "Internet Eyewear Group", they don't even answer the phone "Clickshades". Actually, don't know what the two girls working there even say, both are emotionless and mumble. More than one number as well. If I got a few emails and better service when I called, I would actually recommend them, but, service sucked so bad, I cannot."
