"Worst store ever!! Took over 1 1/2 months, and then had to get a paypal resolution just to get my money back!"

"this site cannot ship anything within a couple of weeks with few exceptions, then when you email to find out what's going on, it takes several emails over several days to get a response. then they tell you it was "lost in the mail." then they say, "we'll send another one" and they either ship it out to you then or they pretend there's a sudden communication problem and they blame you for not responding to them. I have been able to get my money back through paypal when i have needed to, but other people haven't. Oh, and when customer's complain on their forums, they yell a the customer and tell them any problems must be the customer's fault. Then they shut down the forums so no one can complain, then they shut down the site. It opens up a couple days later pretending to be a "new" version and that the problems have been fixed (not true). They like to put up deals too good to be true that are sold out when they are posted, and then back to the same old crap."

"Shipping is terribly slow. Finally after 3 weeks canceled my order. Even slow to do that. Do not order from. Seems to be a common problem with the company. "
