"I had a great experience with this company. Not only was I VERY satisfied with the outcome of the product, I was also ecstatic that my bank was left intact! Originally, we were on the search for a new company because of finances. When it came to ordering the shirts, the process was very easy. The representative was in contact immediately and sent personal emails, which as you can imagine is much better than an automated response. In the past, I have gone through other companies and one of the other issues was how long it took to get the shirts after they were ordered, which was usually a week after first contacting them. With Clothing Warehouse I had all 70 of my shirts in two weeks! Absolutely unbelievable!

Another factor that added to the overall satisfaction was the customer service. The representative I talked to, Alyssa, was accommodating and competent of everything I asked. I had many different factors that needed to be addressed and she was able to address every factor in a timely manor, which is also important. She managed the whole project from start, when i emailed her, to finish, with an email asking how everyone liked the shirts to make sure we were all completely satisfied. When i needed help figuring out sizes she sent me the size chart and even tried a shirt on herself to give me a better feel as to how the shirts really fit. She suggested very creative ideas, one which i took to and had her implement in the t-shirt design. When i asked about making slight changes in color or size or font, just to see my options, she sent me every option out there. She did not make me feel guilty at all for suggesting to change the/her design, which is a problem that i have experienced with other companies. She was such a pleasure to work with, and i used her for a few orders.

Over all, the experience with this company was much greater than ever expected. The 70 t-shirts were for a sorority and as you can imagine, getting 70 girls to agree on something is almost impossible, but one thing i do know is that they wear those shirts to this day. Not only are they good quality and super comfortable, but they are adorable as well. "
