"The shirts I ordered were very good, but that was my expectation since I've ordered those shirts in the past. But Clothing Warehouse lost points in customer service in that I did not receive an e-mail letting me know when the items had shipped. They did arrive within 10 business days, but a little more communication would have been nice.

Additionally, they failed in past transaction. I ordered several jackets that had been greatly discounted. The order went through and showed up on my credit card. Then suddenly, without any information, the order "disappeared". I had to call Clothing Warehouse, and after a search, they told me that the pricing on the jackets was a mistake and they wouldn't honor it.

So...once again, no communication was a problem. Not to mention that I continued to see the jackets advertised at the same price for period of time afterwards.

Other than that, I've been pleased with the items I ordered. Good quality stuff! However, the displeasure comes from the lack of communication.

Only down turn for whole transaction is the price of the shirts is a little on the high side, and you need to be careful with the shirts, they have a tendency to snag.
