"I recently ordered 30 shirts for a bachelor party, the shirts had a big color picture on the front and embroidered initials on the back. I am never in need of printed or embroidered shirts and have no connection to a company that did this kind of work. However, I was searching for a ski jacket a couple years before and came across their website, ordered the jacket through the website and it was delivered in a few business days. Because of the quality of the jacket and the timely delivery I decided to go back the Clothing Warehouse to inquire on the shirts I needed.
I was put in touch with an account executive Matt McDonnell, where I explained what I wanted done and what my budget was. He worked well within my budget ($11.00 a shirt) for a very high quality product. Matt also made his recommendations through the process on color and font, and advised on ways to save and where I shouldn’t go cheap.
At the end of the day the 30 shirts were delivered a week before the trip and a few days before they were expected, in perfect condition, and in multiple sizes.
Highly recommend these guys, especially Matt, he’ll take care you."
"Same as everyone else--I ordered on 6/30/12 and have not received my order, in spite of two telephone calls to them (the second call was placed today). Each time, they said they were having computer system problems. They processed my credit card when they received my order over 30 days ago. If I do not receive my merchandise within a week, I will figure out how to cancel the credit card payment."

Twice I was told the shipment was on its way (it wasn't) and twice I was told I would get a return phone call (never happened). "I have ordered embroidered polo shirts from clothingWarehouse.com on numerous occasions, as well as recommended them to friends' companies. We have always been more than satisfied (including the companies I have recommended them to). We've ordered a few different brands from Adidas to UltraClub and have been extremely happy with the quality of both the shirt and embroidery. Fast turnaround time, and willing to help out if you need them fast. Great customer service each time I deal with them."
"In a day and age where service quality is such a make or break component of any business, I am shocked this site is still in business. Shame on me for not checking on their ratings before ordering.
I ordered 4 shirts from them, 2 pairs of different branded shirts. The prices were very competitive, and though I was not in a hurry, i expected the shirts in several days. They claim that 95% of their customers get their product in 5-10 days. I got notification of shipment of 2 of the shirts 15 days after placing the order, and the other shirts never shipped, though I was charged for all the shirts.
Attempts to contact them via email resulted in no response.

"Ordered and paid for coat and travel bag. Got an email confirmation. Still have not received order. Still have not received reply to several emails and to several calls into customer service. My 2nd clue (1st being I still have not received the order) that it may be a scam company is the fact that the hours of operation listed in the confirmation email do not match the hours of operation on the website or on the automated message I keep getting when I call. The only reason I am rating them at a one star rating is that I see no option for a zero or negative star rating. As for the cost of their products... I feel their prices are absurd considering they get your money but apparently we dont get anything for our money... you know, like a coat or something we had ordered. "Ordered 4 shirts on the 2nd of September, and had to call multiple times to check the status of my order since no shipping confirmation email was sent to me.
The first time I called, (9/14/2011) I was told that my order was backlogged due to the main warehouse not having my 4 blank shirts in stock. The man I spoke with told me that their second warehouse did indeed have the shirts, and that they were already packaged and ready to ship the following day. He then told me to call back to get the tracking order. Taking his word for it, I did not call back and waited patiently for my package to arrive.
Fast forward 8 days later (9/22/2011). Still have not received my package, nor have I received an email confirmation telling me my order has shipped, so I called once again. I was told the EXACT same thing as my previous call. "Sorry, but we don't have your shirts here. They are in another warehouse, but they appear to be packaged, ready to ship, and should be mailed out tomorrow." I explained to the person over the phone that this is exactly what someone said last week when I phoned in to question the where-abouts of my order. He then put me on hold to check the status once again, came back on the phone, apologized and said that my shirts are ready to ship, but appear to just be sitting on someones desk waiting to be shipped out. Well, 26 days later, I finally received my order (9/28/2011).
TOO LATE; DIDN'T READ IT: This company takes their sweet time shipping your order. I did receive everything I paid for, it just took calling and pestering the company to actually ship the order. I guess I just expected my wares to arrive here sooner, seeing as I had paid over $15 for shipping."
"I ordered and paid for shirts for my business in early February and it is now August 27 and I still have not received my complete order. I had good communication from my salesman at the begining, but for the last 2 months, the communication and service is severely lacking.
I have been told numerous times that he would work on getting things out in the next couple days and yet nothing happens. He even offered to throw in some free shirts back in March to appease me because of all the delays and mistakes they have made, but I still havent even received all of those.
My shirts were a very simple screen printing and the hats a very simple embroidery, but after 6 months, I am beyond frustration.
I did call customer service and after they told me they would call me back and didn't, I called them again only to be transferred to the salesman that told me the same thing he has for 5 months, he would look into it and see what happened and get it corrected ASAP, but still nothing.
Since they already received their payment, I feel as if I am not important to them to make sure I am happy or get what I ALREADY PAID FOR!!!"
"I am writing to balance out the other reviews. I was looking for a specific shirt and they had the best price online, $34 vs. $49 for everyone else. I order 5 shirts, 3 of them black, 2 of them blue. I received an email immediately acknowledging my purchase. 2-3 days later I received a shipping notice and then received my shirts on the day the tracking link said I would. In total, I ordered on a Sunday evening, and received my shirts Tuesday morning the following week. For the money I saved on the exact shirt I wanted, I was very pleased. Don’t forget to use a coupon :)"
"Please do not make the same mistake that I made. The Clothing Warehouse (CW) lists customer testimonials and boldly states "100% satisfied. no hassle returns" on their home page.
In view of these assurances, I placed an order with CW on 12/12/05 for a pink arctic fleece slumber sack for my sister for Christmas. CW called me and said they were out of pink and could only send red. I asked why their web site allowed me to place the order for a color that was out of stock and received no satisfactory response. I reluctantly went ahead with the red one based on the representative's assurances that my sister could exchange the item with no hassles.
It turned out that my sister did not need the item and contacted the Clothing Warehouse shortly after Christmas to make sure she was returning the item correctly. No one called her back. She followed the instructions on the website and assumed I had received a refund. I did not. I sent e-mails to customer service and called repeatedly (left 4 messages) in March and April to find out what had happened to the refund. Only once did I reach a live person. The representative said someone would call me back within a week. No one called.
It is now May, five months later, and my sister has no gift and I have no refund. Worse still, I have not received any response to any of my calls or e-mails.
Is it safe to order from The Clothing Warehouse? Is this Company really as concerned about their customer's satisfaction as they claim to be? You decide. "
"I was apprehensive with placing an order after reading the lone negative review on this online outfit. But since they are only two miles from my residence and also from where I work, I gave them a try. Besides, they were the only ones who carried a jacket that I've had for tens years. I ordered two Sportsmaster three season jackets. Three days later, I got an e-mail with a link to their order tracking page and there was a tracking number. UPS, and they delivered it the next day. No surprise there since they were in the next town over.
I did call up their customer service prior to ordering with the hopes of being able to order and pick-up but they didn't have such a service. The very pleasant and friendly customer service rep did state that she was not located at the same site as the company and that often times, the merchandise was shipped straight from the manufacturer. But my package was addressed from their site on Russell Street, Woburn, MA. So they had to pay for the shipping since my order exceeded $100. Seems kinda foolish for them to send a package two towns over to get it to a destination that was only one town removed. But the order was correct and the package was unmolested for traveling such a short distance.
Their website is, to be kind, functional. It's not particularly attractive or flashy, which it doesn't need to be, but it serves its purpose and it was reliable. I had no problems finding what I needed. I wouldn't hestitate to order from them again and I may just do so in the next month or so."
"Customer Service is non existant!
I ordered a single item 2 weeks ago for $18.95, I got an order confirmation the next day. Two days after that, they charged my card for $23.94, and sent me an email with a "status link". Both emails (and the checkout screen when I ordered) showed the total amount as: $18.95
When I went to the "status link", It had an order summery with a note of "Will ship within 24 hours" and has a "track" link.
When I clicked on the "track" link, it went to a page that looked like an abreviated UPS page, but had a sub URL of the Yahoo store "clothing warehouse".
It told me to click on the tracking number that I wanted to track. Only problem is there was NO TRACKING NUMBER, or any other order info.
Over a week from then, status still says: "Will ship within 24 hours". And no tracking nuber is at the "track" link.
Several emails to customer service have been ignored, two phone messages (after hours) have not been returned. and calling during business hours leaves me on hold for several minutes then disconnects me without ever speaking to a person.
I have contacted my bank to reverse the (OVER) charge to my card.
I don't mind having my card charged just before shipping, but a week and a half (as of now, I'm sure the wait would be much longer if I ignored the problem) is rediculous particularly since they HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
