"This was my first order from clubit and it was not a very pleasant experience at all. Put my order in for overnight shipping and didn't receive the package for 7 days. Talked to customer service multiple times and all but the last guy I talked to didn't have a clue nor seemed concerned about the inconvenience they had caused me. When I initially asked for a refund on my $72 overnight shipping charges, the customer service representative told me that he could not do that, but he would gladly change my shipping to standard shipping. (Insert crazy, rolling, blood shot eyed, steaming, hammer slamming smile face here) Did end up getting it in the end, but I also had to drive to a FedEx facility across town to pick up my package because I could not adjust my schedule yet again to be home to sign for the package.

"When I got my CPU, I was bummed out to see that they put a sticker on the heat spreader. The only reason I got uptight was because Arctic Silver Inc put the fear of god in you to be sure that the heat spreader is clean before you apply their AS5. There was a little sticker residue left on the spreader, but the bottom line is that it didn't appear to effect the performance of cooling. But why take the chance? I think they should find a different way of labeling their OEM CPU's. Other then that, price was great, shipping time was unreal, and everything went really smooth. Great place to buy your PC build components."
