"This is an excellent online store. Where else can you get a guarantee on what stepping (core revision) you will get when you order a processor? Nowhere!

Everything I have ordered from these guys was shipped the same day without having to pay an extra "rush order" fee. And I got what I ordered quickly. They also reduced my shipping charges once when paying the extra price would not have made any difference in the arrival time.

I had to RMA a processor I bought from them, but they did not give me any problems. They charged the usual restocking fee, but I can live with that since it's only fair to them.
