"I had ordered a power supply from ClubIt 19Feb2007, and the Company promptly shipped it the same day via FedEx. FedEx apparently delivered it to the wrong front door; hence I never received the first shipment. Although it took awhile to contact someone at ClubIt Customer Service to help resolve the issue, they began to work with me wholeheartedly to resolve the mis-delivered goods. Once we determined FedEx had erred, they immediately sent me a replacement power supply shipped overnight. I received the unit a few minutes ago.
