originally i was dissatisfied by their product because they had sent me a defective motherboard. they assured me it isn't the problem with ClubIt, and that it may be a manufacturing fault. they do not ship out opened items nor are items beatened by the time it gets delivered to the buyer. (newegg however i always seem to get beatened items).
