" If I could give this company 0!stars I would! I paid $300 for a monthly subscription for a birthday gift for my dad. Talk to my dad and he said he never received it. Tried to contact the company who you can't reach by phone, they said they only respond by email. They told me that they had unexpected delays with their shipping and that they could not tell me when my order would ship if ever. They said they are undergoing new ownership and that everything is caught up in litigation. Then they canceled my order and didn't even tell me they were canceling it so now my dad is without a birthday gift. I work in customer service and I've never experienced customer service like this. They were rude, uninformative, and never once apologized for any inconvenience this may have caused. Go with another company!"

"Do not order from this company! They state 100% Guarantee...no questions asked! That is a lie! The company shipped perishable items...did not state anywhere that it was perishable and left it (with no signature required) at my door in the hot Florida sun while I was out of town! Had I known it was perishable, I would have contacted them for a different delivery date. The customer service rep was extremely demeaning when I spoke with her, and she told me I would not receive a refund. Does that sound like 100% Guarantee and no questions asked to you??? If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!"
"They SUCK...or I don't know if they do because I can't get anyone to help me place an order...THEY DO NOT have customer service department. They have pleasant people who answer the phone...they know NOTHING about their website, how they do business. They take your questions, send an email and you have to hope they get it right for the response you may or may not receive. I have talked to 3 separate people who can't answer a basic question about the website. I have called and email. I had one email response which only answered a small part of my question (which I found on the website after I hung up...the "customer service" person couldn't find. My other question was not answered. I called back, refused to get an email address so I would get a call. I missed the call by a minute. Immediately called, back and again had person on the phone to had to email someone else to get back to me. I emailed the address left on the message, which was the same address from the my email response. I have not heard from them... I am only trying so hard because my daughter really wanted to use them to send her boyfriend a gift. The best I can say, Is I look forward to their going out of business sale."
