It's hard to tell from a picture whether or not a pair of glasses will be the right fit, so it's great that I can put in the specs for my most recent favorite pair and have the site search for glasses of a similar size. Also, I have small children, so shopping for glasses in person is a nightmare. I just wish I could take a picture of myself and "try on" the glasses to get a better idea of how they'll look."

"I received an email stating my order was canceled because I exceeded the quantity allowed by my prescription. Fair enough. But the email asked if I would like to reorder in a different quantity — so a replied and said yes, please reorder with the allowed quantity.

Then I got a second email saying I would have to reorder myself. What was the point of the email exchange? Just say the order is canceled and that “you must reorder” (not “we will need to reorder,” which is confusing — who is “we”?).
