"The one thing I've run into over and over after being a Coastal customer for years now is that if I find a pair of glasses I like and the frames are fine, I cannot order just new lenses. Often even if I wanted to buy the same frames a year later I cannot. While this may be good for Coastal it is not great for me the customer who has to constantly swap new frames just to get new lenses. My only other option is to order new lenses from another supplier which I can't imagine is what Coastal wants but someday I will do just that."
