"I placed an order for two pairs of glasses. One regular single vision and one prescription sun glasses.
A day or so after my order was placed I got a e-mail stating my order would be delayed for lack of parts on hand for two weeks after the day I placed the order. Then came another delay adding more days and then another delay adding more days right after that. In addition when I phone them they told me they would need another 5 days after receiving the parts just to make up my order, They also failed to offer me any quick ship options at their expense.
To my way of thinking they shouldn't be offering items they don't have on hand or at the very least can get them quickly in house. Since they delayed my order for lack of parts, they should have offered to put my order in front of the line after after receiving the parts, not adding on another 5 days after that and should have sent them by two day shipping at their expense. I wound up cancelling my order and buying at another online site for about $200 less then they had charged me."
