"I have used Coastal for years to get glasses - but recently had an issue where my prescription from my doctor was not correct, but it took more than the 14 day period to return/exchange to realize the prescription was slowly causing headaches. I know years ago the return policy was much more lenient and would love for that to be the case again, as it's difficult to know within 2 weeks of receiving glasses (especially sunglasses that aren't worn all day every day) to know if they will cause issues. "
