"I received my glasses today and they weren't the green color I'd ordered but were black color instead. I also noticed that the frames were very flimsy and fit was tilted up on the left side. In addition to that, the lenses seemed to give a wavy image when I moved my head from side to side.

I called the returns line and reached a nice woman named Alice (I think) who was very helpful and I've already received the return label she promised. I appreciate the swiftness and politeness with which this situation was handled. My only complaint would be that the returns line was very noisy in the background of our call. The woman who helped me apologized for the inconvenience. Overall, I am very pleased with Coastal and their representatives.
