"Checkout took at least ten tries. Just about to give up when it finally "took." AND on three of those tries, the coupon code was accepted, but on the final one it was not so the total was substantially higher than I thought it would be. Go figure."

"They advertise giving you a "free pair" of glasses with your first purchase. First of all, it only applies to the frames, not the lenses. Secondly, if you try to use the coupon code, it will not apply to any of the frames that are on sale, which was at least 75% of the frames on the site.

I asked customer service if they would give me a new coupon code since the BOGO and 2NEW codes did not work for the glasses I wanted to order, which they said would give me a $10 store credit (for $85 glasses). I declined and asked for at least $40, which would cover the cost of the frames. After 45 minutes of back-and-forth, they offered to reimburse me $40 after I made my order, paying FULL PRICE. I declined that as well, since I didn't trust they would do that. In the end, I just ordered a different pair of frames that did qualify for the BOGO but I will not be shopping with this company again.

I would be glad to have some manager or muckety muck follow up with me after this, but I highly doubt they will."
