"I created an acct online and bought my contact lenses here before, but when I tried to reorder 8 months later, my pw didn't work. So I clicked on "forgot my pw" and waited for 20 mins without any new pw sent to my email (even tough I got a message saying it did). So I called customer service and was on the phone with the lady for half an hour before problem got resolved. She gave me a temporary pw twice but didn't work. You sure don't make reordering easy for busy people. And when i tried filling out the blanks to order online, it would help if you have an asterix next to these abbreviations if people don't know what they are for *SPH, CYL, AXIS, and PD #). Not user friendly at all. I put up with it this time but not sure if I'll have th patience to do it again in the future. "
