"This company is not reliable. I ordered a pair of 5.11 pants and after two weeks they still hadn't been shipped. I telephoned the store and was told they would call me back in one hour with an answer. They never called me. I sent them an email requesting an answer and still haven't got a response and still no pants. I also asked for a refund if the product wasn't available. They
still have my $54.33 and I still have don't have the product I ordered.

FOLLOW-UP April 17,2012.....It was three weeks today and I've been given all kinds of promises for my order. I contacted my credit card company and had my charged reversed and got a credit to my account. Poor Poor customer service or else just a crook. Would like to think just poor service.

"Don't waste your time or money. These guys don't give you an accurate inventory level and won't give your money back even though they don't have it in stock. The owner is a Marine but feels that the has the right to screw over his customers. Take your business to a reputable, honest and customer oriented company!"
