"This is my third attempt to checkout. The website is very annoying, I have no choice and have to use this website right now. If I had a choice, after the second attempt, I would have left to another company. This whole experience took me an hour.

Attempt #1 - I was on my Safari browser and when I got to checkout, there was absolutely no way to scroll down on the popup to checkout.

Attempt #2 - I was on my Chrome browser. I checked out using Paypal and I never to got the Paypal screen. So when I checked on my order they said payment incomplete. Well, duh!

Attempt #3 - I chose the reorder button on my account and all the swatches in my account were duplicated. I had to go to each swatch and change the quantity to '1'

My biggest issue with this website is the APIs are PAINFULLY so slow. I had to reselect my nine swatches on each attempt to checkout, which was very annoying waiting for each click to take at least 6-12 seconds. It's also a bad experience taking the user the shopping cart each time they add a swatch to the cart. This is why this whole process took me an hour."
