"I completely understand the "cannot buy many then choose one" rule. Makes total sense. I do not understand why the return policy is so poor, especially considering that rule. I have to pay $20 in shipping to get it, $20 to ship back to you if it doesn't fit, AND I have to have it "approved" to return in the first place? Plus you don't get full credit back, there's a restocking fee. Of course, you have to pay $20 to get a new dress as well. Lol beautiful dresses, but not worth the hassle. "

Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our return policy. As all of our dresses are made to order. In other words, the dresses are made after you place the order. So the return policy can not be same with the in-stock dresses. We only charge 10% dress price for the restocking fee and shoulder the most of loss by ourselves. There is also slight chromatic aberration caused by camera between color in photos and actual fabric color. It is why we advise our customers to purchase the swatch before ordering the dress.
