"After I found out how expensive it was to buy parts from my local Honda dealer in town, I went online and found Coconut Point Honda. Their customer service tech guy was very helpful answering any questions I had about specific parts, ordering them, and setting me up with information about the timeline of getting these parts delivered to my home. All of my expectations were met. He also told me that they are a regular dealer and work directly with Honda Manufacturing to get the parts. Great Experience All Around!! Totally recommend them! "
"When I ordered the wrong part they charge a 35% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping the part back to the dealership. I consented and mailed the part back to them with information about the transaction. I confirmed that they had received the part, but they did not refund my money, nor did they contact me. When I called them, they said they could not refund me my money even though I had mailed their part back to them. They said they couldn't give me a refund because the part was not in the original box, something they failed to disclose to me before I mailed the part back. Terrible communication, slow mailing of the original part (It took two weeks), and exorbitant restocking fees. Stay away at all costs! "
