"Worst customer service I have EVER experienced! I ordered a pair of gloves from them and it took several weeks to arrive. When they finally did arrive, they were the wrong size! I e-mailed them back to try and get a replacement or receive SOME sort of compensation, and they merely told me that they would send a pre-paid postage to me. Well after a week, I still did not receive any mail from them, so I contacted them again. They apologized and told me they would send another one out. Well after another week of not receiving this pre-paid postage, I demanded a refund. After not answering this e-mail for DAYS, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and get a refund that way. Well after over a week and a half from filling the dispute, I FINALLY got this pre-paid postage. Looks like the customer doesn't matter to them and it takes a credit card company to pressure them to make things right."
"I ordered a holster from this company. I waited over a month before I found out that it was on backorder and it could be "sent" in possibly another 6 - 8 weeks. I was also told that their product that I was wanting was coming from Mexico and they really didn't know when they would be sent the item. I promptly cancelled out the order and was told that the charges would be reversed. Guess what, it wasn't cancelled even after a month from cancelling this order by e-mail. Now, this con company is saying that I have to pay a $25 fee because I disputed the charge on their oversight. I'm not going to pay it and I have the e-mail from them when I cancelled out the order. STAY AWAY from this company at ALL costs. Law Enforcement and Military go somewhere else where YOU are a priority in their business practices."

"I ordered 3 items, was promptly charged on my credit card, and received only 1 item after 40 days. Despite website statements about notification in the event of delay, I never heard a word from this company. After receiving the 1 item, their website account was incorrectly updated to show the entire order was completed and shipped. After I complained, the rep cancelled the unfulfilled order for a refund. I requested info on the refund amount, but received no reply. After another 10 days, still no refund or credit. Finally sent another e-mail and the reply was that their credit card processing company was having trouble issuing a credit, and suggested I dispute the remaining charge. This takes 60-90 days to resolve, and only dragged out the issue. Very, very poor service and follow-up. Armed forces service members and law enforcement should not be treated in this manner. I would not patronize this company any further, for any price."
"No customer service at all. Was told I'd receive shipping and tracking notice with in 24-48 hours on the 31st, one week later and still haven't heard anything. When I check my order online now it says backordered from manufacturer. I read many reviews here and it seems this store has nothing in stock and back orders virtually everything. No one answers the phone when I call. All this headache just for a simple boonie hat.I sent an email to cancel my order and put a dispute in with my credit card company. Credit card company told me if they try and charge a fee for the dispute then to inform them and they will discontinue accepting credit card payments from that company. There are far superior tactical suppliers on the internet, forget about Code 3 and save yourself some misery."
"Cannot contact Code 3 Tactical Supply for over five days now. They make it sound like it would be easy to communicate thru their website "live chat" button but this is not the case. Shortly after processing my order I received a call from my bank saying there were fraudulent charges on my account. Not sure if it was because of this purchase or not but around the same time. I am wanting a refund on my purchase but the card number I used is no longer the same as I had to have my bank send me a new card."

"Got the gloves I ordered from them at more or less the same price available from other sellers. Took a long time to actually arrive, not sure if it is their shipping methods, or they took their sweet time getting it to the mail. Some delay is understandable with being overseas in an APO address, but this just seemed to take forever. Would not recommend if you are in anything close to a hurry."
"I ordered a hat and a pair of pants. It is now June 15, and it's still apparently on route from the manufacturer. It's been on route since May 22! I should have realized that the huge FAQ of back orders on their sight was a warning and shouldn't have ordered from them. I won't in the future. Now I'm just wondering if this site is real and if they ripped me off. I'll call them once a month has gone by to see what the hell is taking so long.
Update: June 23
I was able to talk to someone via live chat. I canceled one item due to the back order time (Not available til Aug 20) and should be expecting the other item in 10 days. So, it should be a total of 40 days from the time I ordered and as it stands, I forgot to ask them about my shipping charges, but I'm assuming they will still charge me.
Update: June 30
I was informed via email from customer service that the pants will take longer. Since I'm leaving for Hawaii soon, I decided to cancel my order and get a full refund (Code 3 Tactical does charge your card even if your items are on backorder). So, that's it. I got nothing from Code 3 Tactical, but excellent customer service. Special thanks to Daryl and Sara at Code 3 Tactical.

"Ordered a watch from these guys 4/20/2010, and didn't hear back from them for a couple days, at which time they told me my item was on backorder. I looked on their site for a phone number and couldn't find one, but saw lots of bad reviews online and got worried.
All turned out well and my order arrived 4/29. Unfortunately, I don't like the watch and I'm returning it, but that's another story!"
"Order a pair of swat from this company and was told they were out of stock. A email saying were on back order and coming 3-5 days. Mistake on email and saying the were wrong on the dates. They boots would longer to get know. So cancel order and was told I was refund in full. A bunch of liars. Haven't receive refund yet. Never buy from this company. They take your money when products are on backorder. Other company don't take your money until a item is in stock. Don't waste your time with them. Buy from someone else instead. Email several times about my refund and respond with the same answer everytime. What a scam and ripoff."
