"Despite the fact that there are quite a few negative 1 star reviews regarding codejunkies.com service, I still ordered a package to try it out for myself.
GO-tcha was said to be delivered in 7-12 days (Europe). Package was delivered in 6 days (4 business days). I only received it 18 days later completely due to my own fault since I thought it would be delivered to my hands, instead it was already waiting for me in my local post office.

Package was fine, device is brand new and working, delivery was super fast, overall - excellent rating, would definitely recommend!"

"If i could give no stars i would. Order a charger for my gotcha money has been taken from my account and still nothing. I emailed them to complain and had no response however within a day of the complaint being sent we received an email to confirm the charger had been disapatched however 2 weeks later and still no charger. I have emailed again but looking at the review will more than likely not get a response. I am going to contact my bank and hope to be able to get my money back and order from somewere else. I would stay away from this company. "

Untill i received an email telling me that something went wrong with the paypal transaction and the order had been cancelled. Contacted customer service of codejunkies and they promised me they would look into it. Two weeks later and still no reply from codejunkies i have sent multiple emails and they are just ignoring me. No gotcha and my 40 euro's gone, i have been scammed... dont make the same mistake by ordering a product on codejunkies."

"Ordered a Gamecube SD Media Launcher on Saturday evening and it arrived the following Tuesday. Had to email them to change the postcode as I'd accidentally put the wrong one in and they replied Monday to say it had been changed and shipped out. Personally I can't fault their service."

"Around two days ago, I purchased a simple upgrade for my Pokemon PowerSaves product. The way the upgrade, as it was advertised, was supposed to work, was by sending an e-mail with a license key to upgrade my PowerSave. While I have the verification that my item has been purchased, it has taken CJ upwards of 24 hours to even charge my credit card, as they haven't yet. My card's transaction history shows that the payment was declined, however, after the purchase was so-called "declined", I then received two e-mails stating my purchase had gone through. After waiting another two days, I sent an e-mail inquiring as to how long it'll take for purchases that don't even require shipping to be sent. No reply. My transactions still show my product's purchase as "declined", and I am totally unsure as to if I should even be expecting my item or not."

After waiting a week they still hadn't sent me a tracking number so I emailed them and managed to get one, after that the order took an additional week to arrive and didn't include a USB Cable. However their customer service department quickly resolved that one once I contacted them. Overall I'd rate their service slightly below average however they aren't terrible."

took them almost two weeks to deliver my dsi action replay.

express shipping for this? and their action replays arent that cheap either. should have chose another place to buy. horrible place to shop.

would def no recommend it nor do business with it in the near future.

"prices i give em a 7 out of 10 which would be fair since there international. shipping 6 out of 10 you pay for express shipping but it takes five days for tracking number on ups.com site to update. then you get it in 3 days after which it takes at least a week to get your item. longer if your item is low on stock or no stock. codejunkies not recommended for fast service."
