I could have ordered from another vendor and still gotten done in time. Now I'll be three days late. The account rep I spoke with could not have cared less.

"BAIT AND SWITCH!! I placed an order on software that was not available at their warehouse to begin with. Too good to be true, Credit card info was taken and order was placed but never charged. Few days later when checking on status, I was told that that item was not available and my order prompted a cancellation and the item removal from their website. Interesting way of gathering my credit card info by selling and canceling items that don't exist. "
