"i placed an order on 11/25/2016, and their website has the order still listed as "new". They charged my credit card but they have not shipped it yet. I keep calling but no one is answering the phone. I left left messages on all of the voice mails I can connect too but no response. I have e-mailed them a number of times as well, Where are you?????"
"Ordered 2 types of coffee, 4 boxes each. I get an email that the full order is shipped. One type comes in and the pack slip seems to indicate that the other type is back ordered. I let several days go by and then try to call them. I also left a message via their website. No answer from either. I call a few more times over the next days. Finally I hear back from someone who tells me the other item is discontinued and I would get a refund. Oh yeah, did I mention that they charged me for the full amount despite not shipping half of it? I was supposed to have my refund 4 or 5 days ago and still nothing. I called again and left another message and have now put a dispute on my credit card.
Run in the other direction from this disreputable company. I'd give zero stars if I could. "
"I placed an order for a box of keurigs via Super Saver Shipping (4-8 Days). After day 10, I had not received my order so I decided to email customer service to inquire about the delivery status. By day 13, I still had not received my order or heard back from the company so I called their customer service line. The representative let me know that the product had been discontinued and that they were in the process of refunding my order. So basically, had I not inquired, they would have likely never even let me know that they could not fulfill my order and would have charged me anyway. It is now 2 weeks since I placed my order and still have not received a statement credit or heard anything from the company."
"Coffeewiz has the worst customer service i've encountered. i've been a customer for 5 years and recently I submitted my order (9-23-15) as I usually do on line and the order apparently was damaged when shipped so I didn't receive my order. I called customer service and they said they cannot ship me more coffee until they got the damaged coffee back. I asked for a refund and they again said they cannot refund my account until the order was shipped back to them. As of today 10-22, I still have not received my refund. I called them several times and they told me the refund will show up in my account. I also emailed them twice and receive no response. Needless to say, I am no long a customer of coffeewiz.com and I they owe me $75.00!!!! I wouldn't recommend ordering from them as you may or may not receive your coffee!! And if you don't, you probably won't get your money back either. "
"I will NEVER purchase anything from CoffeeWiz again. This was my first order from them and they sent me the wrong coffee...not even close. I ordered Seattle's Best Organic and FT Level 4 coffee they offered on their website and they sent me regular Level 4 coffee. When I called Customer Service, a woman by the name of Brenda was not very helpful and one point said they don't even offer that coffee online. Whaaat??? I said then why is it listed on my packing slip? I immediately pulled it up on their website and said well here it is. She put me on hold and a few minutes later came back and said they would ship out the organic coffee along with a return shipping label for the wrongly shipped coffee. After waiting 10 days to receive my new shipment, OMG...they sent me the same identical coffee again and NO shipping label was included in the package!!!! Unbelievable!!! In addition, I went to their website and they had removed the listing for the organic coffee I had originally ordered. When I called back to talk to customer service, I got Brenda again and she said that I never had talked to her...she was lying. She told me I would have to talk to "Sal" and gave me his voice mail. He never called me back so I talked to Brenda a third time and asked for a Return Authorization number. She put me on hold again for several minutes and finally gave me the number. Avoid this company like the plaque!!!"
"After many successful, trouble free orders, I placed an order on 5/6/13. I still do not have my coffee, nor can I get a response to any emails and attempting to call is a joke. My card has been charged, yet no one will give me a delivery date or an explanation for the delay.
If they would RESPOND to an inquiry, I would be so much more willing to wait patiently but after multiple emails and calls, Im done. If I don't have coffee or a response by Tuesday (after the holiday on Monday) I will have no choice but to get the credit card company involved. It's a not a TON of money but $50 is $50 bucks!"
"I've been a customer for years. Recently, I received a carton where most of the boxes of coffee pods had been opened and then resealed with packing tape. There was also loose coffee at the bottom of the carton. I immediately called CoffeeWiz and they sent FedEx back to pick up the carton. After a month, I used their online "contact us" form to ask where my replacement shipment was. No response. It's been almost two months now. I called today and they said they will issue a refund. We will see. Given that they thought it was OK to send me something in such poor condition, I had already determined that I will never buy from them again. The fact that they didn't immediately jump on making this right, is what prompts me to warn others about this company."
"I would avoid ordering coffee from Coffee Whiz. They utilize FedEx Smartpost delivery as the default free service if you spend $60 or more. I live 450 miles from the Coffee Whiz warehouse and it took 7 days to get the order. When I complained to their customer service about the poor delivery time, they suggested I pay for FedEx ground delivery in the future. I'll be looking at other online coffee retailers in the future."
"I ordered a coffeemaker from them for $69.00 and two days later it went on sale for $19.98 (after I'd specifically asked if they were going on sale or if there was a promo code I could use) I called them up and they issued me a "gift certificate" for part of the difference. I later ordered coffee with the gift certificate and they sent me an order of expired coffee. When I protested, they just ignored me and didn't respond. Won't ever do business with Coffeewiz again, not that they care judging by their attitude. "
"After reading many negative reviews I was apprehensive about ordering a Tassimo coffee brewer from CoffeeWiz. I spoke with George who provided excellent customer support, product info and said I could order through him versus online. Placed the order along with some "T"Discs on @5 Nov and the product arrived at destination 30 Nov, 2 days earlier than estimated by Fedex. Great service, great price and very satisfying purchase."
"First order was not shipped for seven days, supposedly because items were backordered. Tried calling them a few days after ordering because I hadn't received confirmation, but couldn't get through to anyone. Several days after placing the order (which was supposed to ship in 1-2 days), I sent an email requesting cancellation. Received a response ignoring my cancellation request and saying that the order was about to ship. Sent another email in response to this, again requesting cancellation. This email was ignored and instead I received a shipping notice. Edit: Complained to the owner and he was appropriately apologetic and in fact gave me a store credit which I had not even asked for. When I used the store credit on a subsequent order I received the delivery the next day. In light of this more recent experience I've amended my rating."
"Sad thing is, this USED to be a good place to buy coffee pods. I'm not sure if CoffeeWiz was bought out or if they simply hired a bunch of slackers, but something changed. Now they are AWFUL.
They recently re-did their site and totally ruined it. All of the useful information that was provided in the past was purged, including customer accounts (existing customers have to re-establish their account), coffee reviews, product photos, etc.
And forget about customer service. I included a couple of questions with my last order, trying to clarify errors and omissions in their online product information. They went ahead and shipped my order and ignored my questions.
What's more, my order included a box of decaf. Instead, they sent a box of regular. When I emailed to point out the error, I received no reply. A second email was also ignored to this day.
To top it all off, there are plenty of pod and K-Cup merchants with better prices and free shipping that triggers at a lower total.
I will NEVER spend another dime at CoffeeWiz!

"Ordered 60+ dollars worth of coffee (k-Cup). I had a problem with the Gloria Jean's French Vanilla K Cups (seals leaking coffee) and Gloria Jean's Hazelnut K-Cup (plugged the coffee maker EVERYTIME). Contacted Coffee Whiz online support where they promised to apply credit on next order. Problem was at the time to place next order they refused to give credit for bad k-cups and only offered a 10% discount (which was already available online to anyone). I would not order from this company ever. They do not stand by their word and quite frankly were very rude on the phone! I WOULD NOT ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY!"
"This company has the cheapest prices I have found to date for K-cup portion coffees, I have ordered from the actual companies and they charge easily 3.00 more on average per box.
I Ordered 5 boxes of K-cup servings on June 27th 2007 at almost 2 pm est, I received my order on June 29th before noon (and got free shipping for an order over 50.00)
If you love coffee like I do, I would seriously concider giving this store a look, They have a great selection and top notch service!"
