"I bought these green coffee beans by mistake. However, I learned how to roast them and was happy with the Bali Blue Moon beans I purchased. The swiss water process decaf Bali Hai beans were not good. No matter how they were roasted, the coffee had a bad taste. I tried to return them and was told they couldn't be resold and it would cost me the same amount to ship them back as I paid for the original order. Not true. Additionally, the owner told me he was drinking that brand of coffee and it was good. If this is true, I don't understand why he couldn't have accepted my return, given me some of the money back and used the beans himself. It was poor customer service and I do not recommend this company."
