"Was not a good experience they had a buy 2 and get one free offer , well i never got the free bag of coffee. When i wrote to them requesting it they told me if i wanted they would send it if i paid the shipping for it. I will never buy anything again from them."

"Bought a coffee monthly subscription for a friend. When I ordered, it said it was for a monthly subscription but the next month, nothing was shipped to my friend. When I contacted them, they said my credit card wasnt on file (even though I used a credit card for the original purchase and ordered the monthly recurring order so it would ship each month). I gave them my credit card number to put on file. A week or so later my credit card was charged twice for the same amount. When I contacted them, they said 2 deliveries were shipped. This is November so only the 2nd order of the monthly subscription should have gone out but for some reason they sent out 2 shipments for the second month of thr subscription. I decided to cancel at that time. I was told by my friend that the coffee was delicious. Also shipping was quick."

"The most polite and helpful phone manners ever! I ordered 2 products. MIND YOUR TUMMY and a Peruvian Decaf, which the latter was sent as a free sample without asking because of some questions I had asked about the acid in decaf. This is April 6th and I have used all of ordered product. The low acid MIND YOUR TUMMY blend is definitely helpful for stomach issues but you still have the caffeine . The decaf blend is the best I have ever tried. I am 58 and been drinking coffee since I was 18 or 19. All of the decafs I have sampled have had unpleasant issues even though drinkable. I could not tell the difference in the taste of this decaf and regular coffee. Should I ever have to give up caffeine as my husband has done this will be my only coffee. I called this morning and ordered 5 lbs of Mind Your Tummy blend and 2 lbs of Peruvian decaf."
