"I ordered an item that is apparently discontinued, but still listed on the website and able to be ordered. I received an email confirmation of the order and another email stating that the tax exempt status was "recorded". I checked on the order a few times and each time it was listed as pending or processing, and the item in question listed as "This item has not yet shipped". I never received an email stating that the order was cancelled or that the part was not available."

"I ordered 2 XBox Elite Controllers as Christmas gifts and received an order confirmation. The next day I received an email telling me the product was out of stock and it could be a couple weeks before it was back in stock. Several days later I received an email saying the order had shipped and providing 2 FedEx tracking numbers. Good news! After several days, I tracked the packages. They were both still sitting in GA. I called FedEx, and they said the packages hadn’t been picked up yet. The next day, one of the packages was in transit. A couple days later when I saw that the other box still hadn’t been picked up by FedEx, I called customer service at Colamco. The rep said that she thought there were probably 2 controllers in the box in transit and the other package was a shipping error. The next day, the first package arrived, and there was only 1 controller in it - and it was the wrong controller. I ordered the Elite controller, and they sent the basic controller. The second box is still sitting at Colamco. I’ve left 2 voicemail messages at Colamco over the last 3 days, and no one has returned my calls. I have 2 very disappointed boys. I’m hoping this review will prompt some action. "
