Superb customer service

"When my account was having issues with the free 30 day shipping promotion for signing up as an insider I called the customer service number The woman I spoke to was very courteous and helpful, she accessed my account and fixed whatever the problem was quickly. All in all it couldn't have gone better."

Product received 1 month after ordering

"I ordered from Colamco because of price. Soon regretted it when my order was broken up into several shipments and inventory list was. Colamco customer service agreed to make it right and send me the parts of my shipment that were incorrect on the inventory list and I was happy. Then I got notice that the rest of my order was out of stock and would ship when available. Little did I know that was over a month after. The installation of my network has now been delayed over a month and broken up as parts arrived. Definitely not worth the discounted price!"

"Tried ordering twice. Both times the transaction couldn't go through due to my American Express disallowing it. I am guessing they don't trust Colamco, which worries me about this site."

Still waiting for shipping information

"It's been a week since I ordered a computer from them and have not received any updated information about how it was shipped.

The Invoice note I received said "PREVIOUSLY SHIPPED OR WAITING TO SHIP" along with the charge to my credit card.

Their website says "Ship Date: Feb 04, 2018 Shipment Method: Ground Best Way"

Another screen said I needed to call Customer Service for an update ? ? ?

When I bought the item it said UPS or FedEx ground was the method of Free Shipping.

They are closed on the weekend so I will be on the phone Monday AM

"UPDATE" I received an email with some $$ off coupons today but still no update.
I called Customer Service and found out that my item is scheduled to will arrive today via UPS.
That is all I wanted, I was not looking for free goods.

Second Update : UPS claims to have delivered my computer last night but nothing was left on my porch as they show on their website. I was home with the flu sitting in the living room at the time of the reported delivery waiting to receive my package. My dog barks at anything outside and he never made a peep. UPS must have either left it at the wrong home or never delivered it at all. Janet and Jennifer from Colamco were very helpful and promised to get an answer for me.
My feelings about them just went up another STAR !

Shopping cart doesnt work

"I wanted 7 of one item. It detailed that there were hundreds of these readily available but when I tried to add 7 to the shopping cart it would continually erase the 7 and put a 1. I almost just ended up with the one, luckily I noticed. I had to return to shopping, add the item, return to shopping, add the item...7 times. unacceptable.. "
