"I found placing an order very frustrating. All of the issues may be related to my shipping and billing addresses being different. My first try resulted in an abrupt 'credit card couldn't be verified' and items in my cart deleted. After I got the addresses so that they looked correct on one screen, I got an email saying the credit card verification service has declined the transaction and my cart emptied again. My final try I used Paypal and the order was completed even though the billing address defaulted to the shipping address on the screen and on the confirmation email. I was unable to use the $10 discount on my order because the site said I had already used it (try #2). Once you have entered a credit card in your profile there is no way to remove it. "

"The experience was generally good but there were 2 things I found annoying: 1- I really don't like sites that force you into storing a card in their system in order to check out and 2- It drives me a little crazy that when adding a new card, you can't check a box to carry the shipping/billing address into the form; instead you have to re-key everything.
