"I have placed an order at Coleman. Except for Order confirmation email, there was virtually no status update on the order or when will it be shipped for 3 days. I have made many calls to customer service, though very nice people, they could not find any update either. I am completely in dark and have no way to know if I will get the items before my next camping trip. Extremely poor online experience and one big mistake buying from online."
