"We returned some Coleman Furniture product to the wrong address (our fault), and then experienced a nightmare dealing with FedEx to locate and reship the product to the correct address in Georgia during Hurricane Helene. Coleman Furniture was very understanding, and very helpful for the several weeks it took to remedy the debacle. We received full credit for the return, and will not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future."
"I purchased a bed, desk, end table and dresser in one swoop in June 2024, little did I know it would take two months for my furniture to come...fine...reps put the furniture together, I did not place furniture where it needed to go, just left it in the middle of my room, noticed my dresser drawers were not lined up correctly, filed complaint 9/6/2024 and now i am awarded 75.00 supposedly as I am angry about this to find my own handyman to rectify the issue......UNACCEPTABLE, apparently I received defective dresser and expected to get a new one in return, sent videos and pics of issues.

"Overall, I had a very positive experience with Coleman. When initially receiving the entertainment center, we had noticed some damaged to both pieces of the furniture. Coleman remediated the issue and we had a perfect entertainment centered delivered about 2 weeks later! Michelle was incredibly helpful and thorough throughout the entire process."
"Don’t rely on white glove service being guaranteed, despite the assurances on the website. After I ordered, I was told the service was not available only to have to then pay $325 for it separately once the delivery was scheduled. Customer service representatives said they could do nothing to help. The item also arrived with some damages. Very disappointing!"
"Colman's is a stand up company my buffet was damaged prior to it getting delivered. I was really just out done, however I was quickly introduced to Jomer. My Coleman's customer service representative. He advised me that he would take care of the buffet but there was a process. Well while you don't know me it just didn't sit well because I wanted a new one and didn't want to wait to go through the process. I didn't want to accepted the damaged furniture but after some talking to Jomer. Colman's exceeded expectation and I would recommend them.

She was the only person who responded to my inquiry on the same exact same bedroom set. She answered all my questions, and was able to assist me in making my purchase seamlessly and with ease. On the day I received my bedroom set There was a slight dent in the headboard. I called Customer Service and Tina assured me that she would make everything right.
