The body sculpting and stretching at the end would be easier to do if my step were longer as most of it is done using the step, but I can always use my yoga mat whenever I need to. The workout is easy to follow with mostly basic steps and I've almost got the steps down after 3 workouts. Very satisfied and highly recommend to anyone whether you are a beginning stepper or advanced. "
