"I recently purchased Leslie Sansone's Just Walk: Ultimate 5-Day Walk Plan and Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30-Minutes to Fitness. I love both DVDs. Right now I am doing them every other day. The Ultimate 5-Day Walk Plan gives me the cardio I need, and Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30-Minutes to Fitness is a very challenging strength training workout. I have another 5-mile walk by Leslie Sansone, and I like them both. I do all five miles every time I use the DVD, and I am toning up and losing a few pounds.

I did both 30-minute workouts with Kelly Coffey-Meyer using weighted gloves and hand weights, and they were very challenging! I plan to incorporate some of the premixes as well, and the Yoga segment is great. I'm not a beginner, nor would I consider myself advanced. I have arthritis in my knees and shoulders, so I use lighter weights than Kelly, but I can stay with her using these modifications. I hope to begin using heavier weights in a week or two.

I am very satisfied with both DVDs. I love being able to preview parts of each instructor's workouts online. It really helped me choose the best workouts for my skill level.
