"I was sent replacement DVDs not in their original cases, but in paper thin covers that were even more scratched and DVDs were even dull and Scratch, Scuffs, I am afraid will not play in my DVD player. They said,they will not send a new dvd original case anymore, they take out the CDs and place them in a thin piece on paper and save postage. I've been a collage video since the 80's and videos days and didn't like the new replacement if a DVD packaging needs to be replaced because of USPS/Pls go back to the original cases not having the workers take the dvds' out of the cases!!!!! tks you.
