I have tried other butt workout tapes but this one does work. The fat burning walk I thought it wouldn't do a thing for me, but it did. and the belly fat blaster, works great also. Since I turned 55 (3yrs ago) it seemed like my lower stomach just started protruding more and more. I was doing other exercised for my stomach to no avail. But this seems to be doing the job. The people I was in contact with was very pleasant. However that does not give me the unskipped DVD. The portion of this DVD that I could watch...I enjoyed. Don't know who the manufacturer is but they should be notified of the poor quality of their product. "

I like the fact that you can watch clips and read reviews for every video, which gives you an idea if that particular workout would be good for your level of fitness. They also have the latest workouts from your favorite leaders and a lot of the time they put them on sale!! That is when I usually buy the ones I like. Very good company to purchase from. If you find that a particular video is not right for you then returning is no problem they refund the price of the video (not the s/h) even though you have unwrapped and watched it."
