The site to see where it was, stopped showing anything after the second day's movement in St. Louis, and days later hadn't updated. I did have a good experience with customer service, as when I contacted them to ask where my DVDs were, and that I wish I had taken the free freight option at this rate, they quickly refunded my freight, and magically, the scan suddenly again showed where it had been, and it was almost at my door.
