I had been looking for dvd's but had a hard time finding what I wanted because most retailers will not allow refunds once a package is open. I appreciate that Collage will let me try it and and return it if it is not what I wanted. I also like that a dvd can be replaced at anytime if it should be damaged or stops working. I am now looking at purchasing a second DVD . I have also been sharing the website with my friends. The website setup is easy to follow and has great video previews. "Yes I did receive the video & I'm satisfied with product. The only experience I didn't like was the UPS delivery, upon which the 1st delivery I didn't receive on June 3, 2013, the expected date. I waited then called your office & informed your office. The problem was with UPS. This has happened with my other orders from San Francisco thru UPS, at which I had to call the merchant, informing them I didn't receive my 1st order, so they had to send me another one. UPS has a problem. They don't call the person they're delivering too that they are lost or can't find my address in that community, which they should do. Thank You Again!"
