"Horrible Business. Do not buy videos from them unless you only purchase every so often. After I got diagnosed with thyroid cancer and it took a year to get my medication on the right dose, I had gained a lot of weight. There are a lot of exercise videos and for the price they should meet your expectations. If you are going to pay 20 dollars for a exercise dvd you want to be happy with it. Well since I had no videos, I bought from them frequently. I read the reviews and watched the clips. However, once you get the video it is a different story. Despite a one minute clip and great reveiws the workout may be horrible. They have a return policy which I thought was great. They accept returns on opened videos within 30 days of purchase, if you are not happy with it,no questions asked. Well like i said I bought quite a few dvds from them. In the process I did order videos from them on ebay as well. Sometimes I changed my mind, ran into foreseen money problems, or simply ordered the wrong dvd. They never once gave me a warning or said no.So I did ask quite a few times to cancel an ebay order. Sometimes they were able to and sometimes it was too late and they said to simply send the dvd back for a refund. So I did as asked.Now I am no longer allowed to buy videos from them on ebay anymore because they claim I am the sole reason their company losing a lot of money due to ebay fees. They told me I could still place an order through their website. The last dvd I returned they only gave me a partial refund less ebay seller fees. They never did that before. A buyer is not responsible for seller fees. They have ignored my emails. They have also said that I could order through their website but they have the right to cancel my order if they choose and they have the right to refuse any or all returns from me, despite their clear policy of no questions asked and in the 30 day time limit. They have said that I have abused their return policy. They have also said that the return policy is only for "occassional" use and they understand every once and while a customer may not be happy with their purchase. Well what if your a frequent buyer and don't like half of your purchases. Well in theory you think you are allowed to return the dvd but that is false. If I have to be stuck with the dvd I buy then I or most people can get it from amazon for less the cost and get two day free shipping. But I would put out the extra money, and buy from Collage just in case I did not like the dvd, so I could return it if not happy. Well they don't care. I thought they were a great company until they banned me with no warning from ebay then told me I could order from their website but they may cancel my order or refuse any future returns.They are still ignoring my emails about the rest of refund and I will have to report them to ebay if not resolved. I would like to continue to purchase from them but is clear that I can't trust their return policy or that my order will even go through, also the fact they have embarassed me from banning me from ebay. It less costly to buy a dvd from them on ebay if you are only buying one or two because of shipping costs. I think that is part of the reason they said I could order from their websitebecause I would have to pay more for shipping and would take longer for my purchases to arrive.Again, if you buy a lot of exercise dvds buy from someone else, this so called family owened company is hurtful and deceiving. After reading your reveiw below no one has tried to work with me for months. I had no warning that I was abusing their policy or I would have stopped. I do not think you are a video rental service, but a customer doesn't want to pay 20 dollars for an hour long dvd they know they wil never use again. You also forgot to include all the dvds I did keep that I orderd. also, I was told no ebay orders and that I want to place an order it must from the collage website."
