"My experience with Collage Video was, as always, excellent. Because of the way Collage Video organizes its print catalog, I can take my time to really think about what I'm looking for in a dvd at the time. I hate cardio, but realized that I really need to add some cardio to my practice and that it has to be intense, to help me continue to lose weight. However, I'm not the most coordinated person and I also don't have a lot of time. But I was able to find 2 great dvds that totally meet my needs. The choreography is basic, but the level is advanced, probably too advanced for me to do the entire dvd at this time, but I could tell from the description that i could do the workouts in blocks, which helps me while I build endurance but is great with my limited time--so I have no excuses for not working out every day. I love collage video and I recommend it to all my friends. I pass on my catalogs after reading them thoroughly.
