"Ordered a set of Pineapple Glasses and one of them had a hole in it. Customer service was very helpful. I thought they were going to send me a glass to replace the broken one but they sent me a whole new set. Awesome company!"

However, the S&H is expensive and as a NYC resident, I am not charged tax on clothing under $110, but Collectionsetc.com charged me tax on a $14 item. Is that legal? If NYS does not charge NYC residents on this item, where does the charged tax go?"
"I received my order and found that the rainbow spinner was missing the nuts that would hold it together. I called customer service and they said to go to the hardware store and buy what I need. I then received a $5.00 merchandise certificate.
1. First I was inconvenienced by having to go to the hardware store. You should have sent me the missing parts ASAP.
2. You gave me a merchandise credit which is only good if I want to purchase more items from you. Now you have my money and I will not be buying anything else this year.
3. I am requesting you send me a refund forthwith.

"I attempted to get some Christmas themed mats from Collections for last Christmas, 2018.
Collections told me they were out of stock and didn't know when they would be in again. I clicked a box for them to send me an email when they were received.
I got an email from them in August this year, 2019, to tell me the mats I wanted were back in stock.
I now have these mats in my home all ready for Christmas 2019.
Now that is what you call, Super Customer Service!!!"
