"I placed an order for 3 items, which 2 were on backorder. I received the one item not on backorder. I decided I wanted another. So on 6/2121 I called to make sure that when I order again that I wasn't ordering the backorder items again. She told me no that wouldn't happen. On 7/2/21 I received 2 of each backorder item. I called again, not happy because I'm being charged. She emailed me a return label. The reason I called on 6/21/21 so this didn't happen! A short time after I got of the phone with her another backorder item arrived! Why is this happening?? I don't think I should be charged for all of these items, since I did not order them all! I also called to make sure it wouldn't happen and was assured it wouldn't!"

"Things were missing in the summer spring surprise package there was only 2 items not 3 and the 2 items in there was a puzzle and word search books what a joke these are more winter items not summer and no where near the $40.00 value they advertise. The wind spinner I ordered looks beautiful but it does not spin. I called about the missing item after customer service arguing with me and offering me a $5 credit JOKE I paid way more then this for it $19.99. He finally agreed to resend me a new surprise package, never got it, then a few weeks later I did get a credit on my credit card for it, bummer so if I want reorder it I have to pay shipping and handling along with other charge all over again, when it was their mistake so needless to say I will not be ordering from them again. Their Customer Service is terrible and rather rude I wanted to return other items i was not happy with it was $12.99 and he was going to charge me $10 to return It lol what a joke!!! Needless to say I just got stuck with it."

I do like the items and quality of products from your catalog. I believe I have ordered 3 times now within about 9 months. There was a problem with each order I placed (discount not applied, order did not arrive and order was going to arrive later than promised). I continue to shop with Collections, Etc because each time the issue had been corrected to my satisfaction. However, it shouldn't be this hard to give you guys my money.
Also: I do not appreciate getting catalogs that threaten to stop sending me additional catalogs because "you haven't heard from me in a while" A look at my order history shows that this is not true. It is also insulting. Simply stop sending catalogs to those who do not order and do not insult your other loyal customers."

"I ordered a bed skirt in navy which was more of a purple blue. When I called customer service I was told I could return but would have to pay $7.99 for shipping. I was disappointed with her response that it would cost me more for something that wasn’t described correct. Navy is a dark blue with no purple to it and your company doesn’t back your products, certainly no 100% satisfaction with this company"
