When I called to explain it to the customer service rep she told me bc my husband had discarded all the broken glass and ceramic items in the garbage I was not able to receive a refund bc they needed those items returned back. For over 30mins I asked if a 1 time courtesy refund could be given and she was rude and kept stating no. So I paid over $300 for a very large order that I had to throw out most of my damaged items and lost all my money on them. I will NEVER buy from CollectionsETC again! Horrible customer service and definitely not for the customer! Horrible experience! And poor quality items! "

"On 11-14 I placed an order it finally arrived in December missing as n item. I called and was assured that they would ship that day. I waited the appropriate length of time and no product so called again. Now I was told that you were out of the product and I have bern given a credit THAT day. Strange it should be credited the day I call to ask about it. I wasnt given a chance to maybe change the color choice or anything. Was not notified that product was out of stock NO COMMUNICATION.
