"Like the other posters, I recently purchased some singles from their online site that they claimed to have in stock. Lo and behold, they either ran out of the card or pulled it from their stock in order to later increase the price. Their customer service was horrible and they made no attempt to locate more of the cards. I would not recommend this store to anyone and will not be ordering again."

I ordered two boxes of cards because they were lower than anywhere else (About $220 in merchandise). Got a call a few days later saying they were out of stock and could not get them in again at those prices. They said they would refund me, but it took 3 phone calls to get that information from them after they emailed me telling ME to call THEM. Would not order from again.

After reviewing their site, at the time of this posting they STILL have the two items I ordered listed on their website for the price I ordered them for, despite not being able to ship my order from almost a week ago."

Requested a refund, so hopefully they refund me promptly. Would not buy from again, as they appear to advertise cards they do not have in stock (or pull them if they have increased in value due to price fluctuations)"

I was very surprised to see Jonneff's review considering I've shopped with them for YEARS and it's always been GREAT service. Very odd!"
