"I ordered flyers from this company. When I tried to contact them through their 1-800 number I couldn't get anyone. I left my contact info to call me and still they didn't contact me. Their site provides 4 different emails and I emailed them all and still this company couldn't give me a status on my order. Their order confirmation email doesn't say when to expect your shipment either. On the site it says something like "we'll ship your order as soon as we can" right after you place the order. Also when you call them the audio mated person sounds like an 11 year child which also give the impression that the operation is like a lemonade stand. It's not a good feeling. After 9 days of no news from them I decided to go to my bank and have them investigated to get my money back. My bank credited my account and I was so relieved. I'd never recommend anyone to buy from this site. Because of them we lost critical days to promote our event through flyers."
