"After not receiving so much as a "we'll get back with you" response from their online form for over a week, I contacted CYC by phone today and spoke with an incredibly rude and unprofessional older woman who immediately blasted every other local carpet dying professional before I could begin to ask questions, did not listen to the actual questions I tried to ask, but enjoyed hearing herself continue to talk, and spoke to me (a professor at a local university who was nothing short of polite to her) like garbage. As such, I have been prompted to go with someone else-- even if this means paying three times as much to replace my carpet rather than simply dying it. They really need to improve their customer service-- especially for people who inquire about their services. They lost quite a bit of potential money from me today."
