"The order # above is an ebay item #, because the reciept I printed from ebay did not have an order #. I do however have that reciept, for proof of purchase. I bought this computer on ebay back in May of 09, when I recieved it it came with a recovery disk. I know that my warranty expired already, but the computer in question, started acting funny on Mar 15th of 2010, so I tried to use the recovery disk, and it wouldn't work it would inform me that I needed an Administrators password, which I didn't get, and the paperwork that came along with it states that this computer also came with a validation #, which wasn't true, it also states that this computer would have a DVD drive in which it doesn't only CD. I know alot about building computers, and tried to change the password, and after 7 trys the hardrive completely shut down, now all I have is a glorified dust collector, it's worthless. Like others, the company won't contact me back, their phones have been disconnected, they just flat out WON't contact me back. So here's what I propose, all you out there who have been taken advantage of by this company please contact me @ ****@****, and see if we can file a class action law suit against Colordrives. PLEASE CONTACT ME SO WE CAN FIGHT THEM. Remember there is strength in numbers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Colordrives.com no longer displays a phone number for customer service. I ordered an iPhone 3.5mm to 2.5mm Headset Adapter on Dec. 8. They sent me a set of iPhone earbuds instead. I have sent them three emails over the last three days and received NO RESPONSE as to what I should do next about this. The fact that that now have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER bothers me. Google search turned up a phone number in the 909 area code which is no longer in service. I'm hoping they respond, but as for now they messed up my order and not it appears that they are ignoring me. I'm surprised as people claim to have good experiences with them, but I wish they would call me back soon!"
"Ordered an adapter from colordrives but upon arrival it was not what I needed (partly my fault for not knowing exactly what I needed (it is called different things) but also wish colordrives had photos of both sides of the adapter and I could had confirmed it would not work prior to ordering. However, the return was very easy and was fully refunded including shipping charge without a restocking fee. Would order again from them if I knew exactly what I needed."
