"On 2-13-20 completed an order for a upper.
On 2-14 was emailed a UPS tracking number (it said label created but package not received).
On 2-19-20 tracking shows the same info. (package not received shipping label created).
Have tried to contact them 3 times and in three different ways and no response.
They have until the end of today to respond and resolve this or tomorrow I will file a dispute with my credit card company.
Update: The afternoon of 2-19 Mike emailed me and stated that the merchandise would ship in 24 to 48 hours.
On 2-20 item showed shipped with a delivery date.

Received the upper today and fit and finish exceeded my expectations for the price paid.
The only negative thing is the mloc rail sits about 5 thousands lower than the other rail but not a deal breaker.
All together a great bang for the buck!

"I got a 16" upper from combat armory and got the BCG and charging handle. When I tried to fire it, the bolt wouldn't close on a round. The extractor was so large that it couldn't grab the rim of the casing and just kept slamming into the back of the round. Even slamming the forward assist didn't work. I contacted the company twice but they never responded. Ended up buying an $18 extractor and it worked fine.


EDIT: the seller refunded me and apologised for their oversight. I'm hoping this was a one-time issue and may consider buying from them in the future. Thank you for rectifying your mistake, combat armory. I appreciate the steps you took in order to make amends."
